W-energy For Equality

Program Content
Entrepreneurship Training:

We offer basic and advanced entrepreneurship training to young women, and show them how to put their creative ideas into practice.

Mentorship Program:

Our seasoned team of Aygaz leaders mentor all our employees throughout their careers.

Hackathons and Contests:

We offer all our employees an array of platforms to present their ideas - especially hackathons and entrepreneurship competitions.

Internship and Incubation Programs:

Young women entrepreneurs have the opportunity to make their projects come true by participating in Aygaz’s diverse range of internship and entrepreneurship incubation programs. We help them kick-start their careers off and arm them with an entrepreneurial spirit. We work to make sure that more women get involved in our innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. To date, we’ve provided over 43,000 young women entrepreneur training under our program.

Success Stories and Awards

Our W-energy For Equality project was awarded best project by the TEGEP (Turkish Education and Development Platform Association) in November 2023. We also won the Special Jury Award together with our partner Learneco at the Corporate & Startup Day ’23 (run by Fast Company).
