Since 2016, Aygaz has been systematically working to tap into the creative and innovative potential of our employees through intrapreneurship. We feel it important to sharpen our colleagues’ innovative thinking and entrepreneurial skills and encourage them to actively engage in shaping our company’s strategies. That’s why we’ve set out to an Intrapreneurship Joruney under the motto: “Innovation Starts with You!”. Here, we get out employees to brainstorm as many ideas as they can on our Aythink Idea Platform, and at Design Thinking, Bootcamp and Strategy Workshops. We pick the best ones that are compatible with our innovation strategies, and integrate them into our business models.
