Aygaz Innovation Academy was launched in 2023 with the goal of training well-equipped entrepreneurs and project leaders. Offering employees comprehensive programs taught by expert trainers, interviews with valuable entrepreneurs/stakeholders, and the opportunity to participate in various events, Aygaz Innovation Academy is an important part of Aygaz's sustainable growth vision. Our employees who are members of the Academy get to hone their entrepreneurial skills, and those who successfully graduate get step into a strong innovation ecosystem. They also receive unique training, learn about new technology, participate in various useful events alongside working groups, and ultimately put what they’ve learned to practice through groundbreaking projects. Aygaz Innovation Academy has already graduated its first group of students last training semester, and now we will continue to grow with them.
